My first experience at the dental clinic was disaster -- a doctor who didn't listen and scolded me when I winced from pain. Fortunately for us all, that doctor left the clinic and today I saw Dr. Jackson who was kind, professional and answered all my questions fully. She explained my options and also understood the impact my other medical issues might have on dental work. I highly recommend her, and if you don't think any doctor you see isn't listening and is treating you disrespectfully, ask to see another one. There's no excuse for treating patients in pain badly.

The staff from scheduling to sign-in to dental assistants to the dentists have always been accommodating, friendly, caring and professional. I actually love going to First Choice dentistry even though I've had a fear of going to the dentist since my first grade BAD experience.

Dr Jesse Barnes is the best i am a trans woman and always had a hard time looking for trans friendly doctors here in ABQ but he is the best

I am so content with this organization. I am able to visit my dentist and my doctor all in one place. I never wait long and the staff is always friendly. You can really tell they love their jobs. They're informative and ready to answer questions.

Every visit I have ever had at First choice has always been a great experience. My last visit has encouraged me to write this review. I took my son for a visit due to some concerns with his health. We saw his primary Dr. Stephanie Nevarez-Fernandez she was a little concerned about a few things but didn't want to worry me as a mother too much. She sent us for labs and later in the evening made a personal call to discuss my son's results. Based on her gut feeling she had every right to be concerned. He ended up being diagnosed with Leukemia later that weekend. She referred us to an amazing Doctor and team to help streamline my son's diagnosis. She also made a visit in the hospital to see my son which to me was above and beyond my expectations. I will forever be grateful to her and the team at First Choice! I will always recommend First Choice to anyone!

I broke a tooth unexpectedly and didn't have dental insurance or an appointment. I arrived at 7am at opening and I'm leaving now at 845am. Not only was the charge reasonable for having no dental coverage, but they were very caring and efficient and got me in and out in a timely manner. I don't usually like the dentist at all, but I would definitely come back to see these guys.

Good dentists. Not looking to get rich off of your teeth! Won't argue with you if you don't have the money to spend on expensive stuff.

It was great there. I went in for the teen clinic and the staff was helpful and the doctor was cool and understanding. The consultation was free too

Dr. Anna Lake is a kind, knowledgeable, and caring physician. She is thorough and will take any amount of time needed to explain medications, procedures, and diagnoses in such a way that the patient understands. She is especially tolerant and forgiving of patients who are non-compliant and don't listen to her advice -- like my husband. I will always be grateful to her for not giving up on him even though he initially would not listen to her suggestions and counsel. She is a good doctor with a good heart and soul.
